Feza Suspension 60ml

Active Ingredient: Each 5 ml of Feza Suspension contains 30 mg of Fexofenadine Hydrochloride, a second-generation antihistamine that does not cross the blood-brain barrier, minimizing sedation.

Mechanism of Action: Fexofenadine selectively antagonizes peripheral H1 receptors, inhibiting the action of histamine and thereby reducing allergy symptoms such as sneezing, runny nose, itchy eyes, and skin rashes.

Indications: Feza Suspension is indicated for the relief of symptoms associated with:

• Seasonal allergic rhinitis
• Chronic idiopathic urticaria

Dosage and Administration:

• Children 2 to 11 years: 5 ml (30 mg) twice daily.
• Children 6 months to 2 years: 2.5 ml (15 mg) twice daily.
• Administration: Shake the bottle well before use. Administer with or without food. Use a proper measuring device to ensure accurate dosing.

Side Effects: Common side effects may include headache, drowsiness, nausea, and dizziness.

Precautions:

• Use with caution in patients with renal impairment.
• Avoid taking Feza Suspension with fruit juices (such as apple, orange, or grapefruit) as they may reduce the absorption of Fexofenadine.
