• Cloderm G 30g is a topical cream combining two active ingredients: Clobetasol Propionate (0.05% w/w) and Gentamicin Sulphate (0.1% w/w).
• This formulation is primarily used to treat various skin conditions, including eczema, dermatitis, allergies, and rashes.
• Clobetasol Propionate is a potent corticosteroid that helps reduce inflammation, swelling, itching, and redness associated with these conditions.

Usage Instructions:

• Application: Apply a thin layer of Cloderm G to the affected skin areas twice daily (every 12 hours). Gently rub it in until fully absorbed.
• Duration: The length of treatment varies based on the condition’s severity and response to therapy. It’s essential to follow a healthcare provider’s guidance regarding treatment duration.
• Quantity Limit: Do not use more than 50 grams per week to minimize potential side effects.

Precautions:

• Children: Safety and efficacy for children under 12 years have not been established. Use in pediatric patients should be under strict medical supervision.
• Skin Integrity: Do not apply to broken or infected skin without a doctor’s recommendation. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes.
• Systemic Absorption: Prolonged use, application over large areas, or use with occlusive dressings may increase systemic absorption, leading to potential side effects like hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal (HPA) axis suppression.

Possible Side Effects:

• Burning, itching, irritation, or dryness at the application site.
• Folliculitis (inflammation of hair follicles).
• Acneiform eruptions.
• Skin thinning (atrophy) with prolonged use.

Storage: Store Cloderm G cream at room temperature, between 20°C to 25°C (68°F to 77°F). Ensure the container is tightly closed and kept away from direct sunlight and moisture. Do not freeze.
