Dosage and Administration:
- Adults and Children (12 years and older): The recommended dosage is two sprays into each nostril once daily, preferably in the morning. Once symptoms are controlled, the dosage may be reduced to one spray per nostril daily.
- Children (4 to 11 years): One spray into each nostril once daily, preferably in the morning.
- Administration Instructions:
- Shake the bottle gently and remove the protective cap.
- Blow your nose gently to clear the nostrils.
- Close one nostril and insert the nozzle into the other nostril.
- Tilt your head slightly forward, keeping the bottle upright.
- Press the pump to release the spray while breathing in gently through the nose.
- Breathe out through the mouth.
- Repeat in the other nostril.
- Wipe the nozzle with a clean tissue and replace the cap after use.
