Mechanism of Action:

• Chlorpheniramine Maleate: An antihistamine that reduces allergy symptoms like sneezing, runny nose, and itchy eyes.
• Phenylephrine: A decongestant that shrinks blood vessels in the nasal passages to reduce nasal congestion.
• Paracetamol: An analgesic and antipyretic that alleviates pain and lowers fever.
• Sodium Citrate: Helps in thinning mucus, making it easier to expel.
• Menthol: Provides a cooling sensation and relieves throat irritation.

Dosage and Administration:

• Adults and Children Over 12 Years: 10 ml every 4-6 hours as needed, not exceeding 4 doses in 24 hours.
• Children 6 to 12 Years: 5 ml every 4-6 hours as needed, not exceeding 4 doses in 24 hours.
• Children Under 6 Years: Consult a pediatrician before use.
• Administration: Shake the bottle well before use. Use the provided measuring cup to ensure accurate dosing.

Side Effects:

• Common: Drowsiness, dizziness, dry mouth, nausea, or stomach upset.
• Serious: Allergic reactions such as rash, swelling, or difficulty breathing.
