Formin G1

Composition:

• Each tablet contains:
  • Metformin Hydrochloride: 500 mg
  • Glimepiride: 1 mg

Uses:

• Formin G1 Tablet is prescribed for the management of Type 2 diabetes mellitus, particularly when diet, exercise, and monotherapy do not provide adequate glycemic control.

Dosage and Administration:

• Dosage: The typical starting dose is one tablet taken once daily with food. The dosage may be adjusted based on individual response and blood sugar levels, up to a maximum of four tablets per day.
• Administration Instructions:
  1. Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.
  2. Do not crush or chew the tablet.
