Mechanism of Action (MOA):

- Adults and Children over 12 years: 500 mg to 1,000 mg (1 to 2 tablets) every 4 to 6 hours as needed, not exceeding 4,000 mg (8 tablets) in 24 hours.
- Children 6 to 12 years: 250 mg to 500 mg (½ to 1 tablet) every 4 to 6 hours as needed, not exceeding 2,000 mg (4 tablets) in 24 hours.
- Administration: Swallow the tablet whole with water; do not crush or chew.
